The following information is usually required during the loan process:

• Your Social Security number
• Most recent pay stubs
• W2(s) with 1040 Federal tax returns for the past two years
• Bank statements & Investment account statements for the past two months
• Most recent Retirement / Pension statements.

 If applicable please provide any of the following items:

• Social Security Award Letter  
• Copy of Green Card
• Full-time student during the last 2 years supply school transcripts
• Divorce / Marital Separation Agreement

If you currently own Real Estate:

• Mortgage account payment statements
• Rental Agreement (if property leased) 
• Home equity account agreement (if applicable)
• If existing home is for sale then a copy of the sales contract or listing agreement
