Since founding Bay Banc Mortgage  in 1994, Leo Dunn has worked tirelessly to build an originator-friendly, highly profitable mortgage company. He is intimately involved in daily decisions that determine his Company's direction and provides leadership on all major strategic initiatives.

Leo began his mortgage career as a retail loan originator in 1984, helping hundreds of families to obtain home loans. His extensive experience in working with borrowers continues to influence his thought process as Bay Banc's President and CEO.

One of Leo's main motivations for starting Bay Banc Mortgage was to address the inefficiencies often found in the mortgage loan process. Following his lead, we have implemented advanced technology into all our branch operations. This has enabled us to improve communication and efficiency between all parties involved — and to pass on significant cost savings to our customers.

Beyond the mortgage business Leo is an instruement rated private pilot and has recently completed the 2008 Marine Corp marathon and 2007 NYC ING marathon.
